We’re naturally very proud of the fabric, quality and craftsmanship that goes into making each and every Drishti Beats product, including our accredited yoga teacher training. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. Mats, blocks, straps and hats cannot be returned or refunded.
  • 200h, 300h, & 500h Trainings ,although we don’t think you’ll ever want one, we’ll gladly provide a full refund if it’s requested within 7 days of registration.
  • Workshops, due to the short nature of yoga workshops, we are unable to offer refunds.
  • Festival Tickets, Retreats, and Event-based Tickets, non-refundable.

Refund will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. Any orders will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee which we be deducted from the refund.

E-gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

If you do not see an answer to your question above, or would like to return an item back to us, please send us an email at hello@drishtibeats.com for an RMA number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier.

In the unlikely event you find a fault with a product you’ve received, please reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@drishtibeats.com so we can assist you. In your email please include:

  • A photo of the affected garment
  • A description of the fault
  • The order number the garment is associated with
  • Once your enquiry has been reviewed, our team will be in contact with how we’re able to help!

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Drishti Beats to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Drishti Beats may delegate the obligation to import the goods on her or his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to begin your return process. You will then have 30 days to return the item back to us.

If you would like to return an item, please email us at hello@drishtibeats.com for an RMA number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier. Drishti Beats is unable to provide international return labels at this time. Customer to pay the cost of shipping the package back to Drishti Beats via a tracked service. We do not reimburse for the postage required to return.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

3rd Party Retailers

Drishti Beats can not guarantee any product that is not sold by spiritualgangster.com or one of our approved retailers.

Returning Defective Products

Please contact customer service within 60 days from purchase at hello@drishtibeats.com and we will look further into the issue. Proof of purchase is required. We only accept damaged items purchased through the drishtibeats.com website.”

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the original unused order back to us for a refund and make a new purchase for the item you want through our site.

NB: Customers are responsible for any incurred shipping cost of Change of Mind returns.
Drishti Beats does not provide pre-paid return labels.
Drishti Beats recommends customers send returns using a delivery service that insures for the value of the goods, and includes a tracking reference.

As soon as your return parcel has been received by our Returns Team, we will send you an email letting you know.

Sale items, promotional gifts, product bundles and multi-pack discounts are ineligible for return for refund or exchange.
