How the Training Works

How long does it take to finish the 200-hour program?

Most students complete the 200-hour training in 3–6 months, depending on weekly study time. Because the program is self-paced with lifetime access, there is no deadline and you can learn at your own rhythm.

How much time should I plan per week?

Most students dedicate 5–10 hours per week. Studying more intensively can help you complete the course faster, but many prefer to take their time and absorb the content gradually.

What kind of teaching practice will I get?

You’ll record yourself guiding the sequence from each chapter, teaching to the “Invisible Student” behind the camera. Your mentor reviews each video and gives detailed, constructive feedback to help refine your voice, cueing, timing, and presence.

How is the content delivered?

You’ll study through our online learning platform, which includes cinematic video lessons, masterclasses, anatomy and philosophy lectures, written resources, and teaching assignments. You can access everything on desktop, tablet, or mobile.

Are there live classes or is everything pre-recorded?

Both. You’ll join weekly live Zoom calls led by our mentors for open Q&A, discussion, meditation, and practice teaching. All core lessons are available on-demand, so you can study anytime.

What if I can’t attend the live calls because of my time zone?
